1 - Account number. In order to obtain information about accounts you have with us, you’ll need the 10-digit account number for those accounts you’re checking. Do not enter the dashes that are part of the number!
  • For checking, money market or Access Savings accounts, use the 10 digits of the account number shown on your statement.
  • On a certificate of deposit, use the 10 digits of the account number on your renewal notice.
  • On a regular savings account, use the 10 digits of the account number shown in your passbook.
  • On a loan, use the account number shown on your coupon.

2 - Security Code. In order to ensure that you, and no one else, will be obtaining your personal information, Twenty-Four Seven Banking will ask you to enter your security code. The security code is simply the last four digits of the Social Security number on your account.
  • i.e., SS#: 000-00-0000 = security code
