What You’ll Need:
1 - Account number. In order to obtain information about
accounts you have with us, you’ll need the 10-digit account number for those
accounts you’re checking. Do not enter the dashes that are part of the number!
- For checking, money market or Access Savings
accounts, use the 10 digits of the account number shown on your statement.
- On a certificate of deposit, use the 10 digits
of the account number on your renewal notice.
- On a regular savings account, use the 10
digits of the account number shown in your passbook.
- On a loan, use the account number shown on your coupon.
2 - Security Code. In order to ensure that you, and no one else, will be
obtaining your personal information, Twenty-Four Seven Banking will ask you to
enter your security code. The security code is simply the last four digits of
the Social Security number on your account.
